Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused perfume in its original decorative box and shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
