Are Seance Perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, nor do we test our products or ingredients on animals.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to a select number of international countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes. However, we offer sample sizes for most scents so you can try them before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure longevity?
To keep your scents potent, store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. Avoid keeping bottles in the bathroom where humidity is high.
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
While we use high-quality ingredients, everyone's skin is different. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before applying the fragrance more broadly.
